Julia Roberts has donned a bag of Sabala in her movie 'Eat, Pray, Love'!!!!!!!

An exciting journey of Sabala from Bijapur, Karnataka to US……..Kum. Bhuwaneshwari, physically challenged, Hittanalli Village, working with SABALA, a Fair Trade Organization and a member of Fair Trade Forum‐India. SABALA, created an opportunity for Kum. Bhuwaneshwari and for many other girls like her, who are physically challenged and fighting for their right to live in the society. To provide Sustainable Livelihood, SABALA gave them Skill Development and Design Training, which makes them able to make these beautiful bags. Presently, SABALA is giving training to around 25 physically challenged girls. Now,these bags have great demand in Western Countries.

The Life begins with Smile…………..Bhuwaneshwari and other artisans of SABALA proved it. Let’s salute all such hearts and their honest efforts to live to earn with Dignity.
